We currently deliver across India.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Apni Dukan is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, customers are required to keep the exact order amount available at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the order may be returned to our fulfilment partner. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to future COD orders in cases of repeated failed deliveries.
